Brainboss was founded in 2016. We saw an opportunity to optimize team dynamics, project management, and the use of transformation tools in organization. Our dedicated experts use state of the art solutions, technologies and innovative approaches. Their goal: to make every team and every organization benefit from better performance and quality. That’s what we’ve done and still do for numerous large brands in The Netherlands. Our clients are companies and organizations in Finance, Retail, and consultancy as well as several government agencies.

We believe that teamwork is the key to a long-lasting impact and sustainable results. Making teams more efficient starts by recognizing that every individual has unique skills and strengths. At Brainboss we build close relationships with our clients, starting from the very first meeting. We work towards a common, clear understanding of the issue at hand and the underlying needs. We like to be precise in the execution of our assignments and identify all critical results and key success factors.

We have over 7 years of experience in taking on challenging assignments and solving complex problems. We have supported organizations with multi-team environments ranging from 12 to 650+ teams. Amongst our clients are large organizations in multiple branches, like banking, human capital, and the Dutch Government.

We are also a Certified Atlassian consulting partner. We know how to deploy Jira, Confluence, Jira Advanced roadmaps, Jira Align and more from the Atlassian suite of tools. Combined with our expertise they help to get the most out of teams and portfolios of work.

Our “show – work along- hand-over”- method is the key to our success: we believe every assignment should have a clear end-date. At that point our consultants hand over the work performed.
